How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who contacts Lettersappears Roofing to get fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Lettersappears Roofing
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your home, start with the provider. Raise it with them directly. Keep a written record.

Please tell us too. Feedback helps us keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Know this, though: Lettersappears Roofing cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund money for a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@lettersappears.blog. Please include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For problems with a licensed provider, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
