These terms cover your use of lettersappears.blog and the services Lettersappears Roofing offers through it. When you use the site, phone the number on it or send in a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Lettersappears Roofing is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent roofing providers. We do not inspect roofs. We do not repair or replace them. We do not do any other roofing work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.
The providers we connect you with are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, prices, schedules, workmanship, warranties, permits, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not hire them, manage them or control them. We make no promise about whether a provider is available, how fast they reply, or how their work turns out.
Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of insurance. Get a written estimate.
The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and with your insurer.
Give accurate information when you contact us. Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, get in the way of how it runs, or try to enter it in ways that are not allowed.
When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request. That can be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Just email contact@lettersappears.blog.
The words and design on this site belong to Lettersappears Roofing or the people who license them to us. Do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.
The law sets the outer limit here. Within that limit, Lettersappears Roofing is not liable for any loss or harm that comes from using this site. That also covers any provider's services and any deal between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.
We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
