Lettersappears Roofing is a referral service for roof problems. We help homeowners in Hamel and the Hamel area reach independent local roofing providers. We are not a roofing company. We do not own trucks, ladders, or tools. We make the first connection and keep it simple.

Most of the calls we pass along are for new roofs and full replacements. Availability varies by provider. Some can respond quickly. Others book out further. You will hear from the provider directly.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance their state or town requires
• Give a written estimate
• Explain the work in simple words
• Answer your questions without pressure
• Treat your home and yard with care

We cannot watch every job. You should still check credentials yourself. Ask to see them.

What We Do Not Do

We do not do the roofing work. We do not set prices. We do not promise a result or a schedule. We do not decide insurance claims.

The provider sets the price and the plan. Your contract is with the provider, not with Lettersappears Roofing.

How We Are Paid

You do not pay Lettersappears Roofing to send a request. Providers in our network may pay a fee for homeowner referrals. That fee does not change how a provider should treat you. You still get to compare, ask questions, and say no.

Get Your Paperwork Ready

A little prep makes every talk easier. Before you speak with a provider, gather:

• Photos of the roof from the ground, and the attic if you can reach it safely
• Photos of ceiling stains or damp spots
• Notes on when you first noticed each problem
• Dates of past roof work and any storms

Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
